


Ingredients
3 lbs Chicken
1 Large Onion Sliced
4 oz Margarine or Ghee
1 or 2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Haldi
3 tsp Jeera Powder (Cumin)
6 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ginger powder

Fry onion in margarine (or Ghee), when brown (if it's black
it's bu**ered), add 2tbsp of water
nd the spices.
Fry for a few
minutes. Put chicken pieces in and fry for about 5 minutes,
add a pint
of water. Cook 45-60 minutes or pressure cook it for about 10 minutes.
