


3lbs Chicken
2 Cartons Natural Yoghurt
2 Large onions sliced fine and fried crisp
2tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cinammon powder
4 Cardamoms
4 Cloves
4 oz Margerine or ghee
Put fried onions into food processor with cloves, cardamoms
and paste. Empty into a bowl, add yoghurt and rest of spices.
Melt
margarine or ghee in frying pan and fry the chicken pieces. Remove
chicken pieces and add the yoghurt mixture and fry.
Put chicken pieces
back in and fry again until chicken pieces are fully coated. Add one
cup of water.
Continue cooking for 30 to 45 minutes.
